Today Apple announced the launch of its free iPhone 4 case program. If you purchase an iPhone 4 prior to September 30, you are eligible for a free case. The program was announced July 14 when Steve Jobs took center stage to handle the overwhelming demand for answers to the iPhone 4 antenna crisis.

Line2…A Really Useful Second Line
I have to say Line2 is a pretty cool and useful app. It’s hard to call it just an app because it really is more than that. It’s a sophisticated piece of software that allows you to seamlessly have a second line with its own number. The software is so slick that you feel like you’re using the native iPhone software.

The 16GB will cost $199 while the 32GB will be available for $299, subsidized by AT&T of course, with a new 2 year contract. It even comes in two colors – black and white models. Google Earth Hits The iPad
Tonight, Google released one of the most popular free iPhone apps – Google Earth for the iPad.
Cruising around the world on the larger touch screen is amazing. The clarity of prominent points of interest feel like you’re there. It’s Google Earth for iPhone on steroids. It will instantly become one of your favorite apps in no time.
The Impossible Game
I don’t play a lot of games on the iPhone, however, The Impossible Game has me rather addicted. It’s quite simple really; tap the screen to make the cute little orange square jump over black triangles and land on black squares as they move across the screen. Hitting triangles takes you back to the beginning of each stage.
The accompanying music makes it very fun and addicting…but this bloody game is impossible, hence the name, I guess. Luckily, you can enter a training mode while playing by tapping the flag. That will enable you to play from that point forward without going back to the beginning. Handy to learn how to get past difficult spots.
I warned you…it’s impossible, but addicting.
A Few Questions To Ponder About The iPad

The iPad Revealed….Buy or Not to Buy?
Just like when the iPhone was revealed to the world, I found myself caught up again in the hype and overwhelming expectations of the pending iPad announcement. So hyped in fact, that I had Register.com open in another browser window, ready to snap up any domain with the word “iPad” in it, as Steve Jobs announced its name. For what it’s worth, I registered iPadscribe.com. Not sure what I’m going to do with it yet.
