I’ve always enjoyed transforming my iPhone photo’s into cool looking vintage shots that many apps allow you to do with the push of a button. However, the same capabilities for video on the 3GS have been slow to hit the app store. Probably because the development process takes some time to bring them to market.

However, I was scouring the app store today and stumbled upon an amazing app called Vintage Video Maker. And I have to say it’s awesome! This app has turned my short videos into the coolest retro looking pieces of art you’ve ever seen. You can add piano music, make it sound like an old projector or speed up the movie to give it a cool look and effect. You feel like you’re watching an old movie. It really is very cool and I highly recommend it to everyone that loves to shoot videos.

Vintage Video Maker is only available for the 3GS and costs $2.99. Users have averaged out at 5 Stars for the app. I agree. I’m already looking forward to the next version as I’m sure it will contain other fun ways to transform your videos.
