I have to admit, I’m a bit of a news junkie and always on the hunt for the latest Apple products to come out of Cupertino. But what I find more interesting are all the rumors and speculation that circulate the online blogs about Apple’s next move. The iTablet, as everyone calls it, is the next hot product to hit the rumor mill. We all hope it lives up to the hype.
The two apps on my iPhone that seem to get the most workout are TUAW (The Unofficial Apple Weblog) and MDN (Mac Daily News). TUAW has a nice interface that automatically loads to the latest articles (with thumbnail pics), which are updated daily, if not hourly. Categories are abound if you want to hone in on a particular product, or you can just hit the rumors tab for the latest and greatest. MDN also does a great job of providing the latest Mac stories to hit the Web. However, its interface is a little less fancy.
Both apps replicate the look and feel of their online presence nicely. You’ll also find exclusive stories when they get some good scoop on their own. Both are great way’s to get your Apple fix while on the go.
